At Doyle Handmade, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with photos within 7 days. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that personalized or customized jewelry items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
